PATRIC Researchers Attend ASM General Meeting. (21 May 2006)
This year's general meeting of the American Society for Microbiology is being held in Orlando, Florida, May 21-25. Anjan Purkayastha, lead computational biologist, and Eric E. Snyder, lead bioinformatician and software development coordinator, will co-host an exhibit with fellow Bioinformatics Resource Centers NMPDR, ERIC, and Pathema. The PATRIC researchers will be available to demonstrate the web site and discuss scientific and computational matters relevant to the project. We are also anxious to discuss how PATRIC can better meet the needs of our research communities, particularly in providing data and resources to facilitate the development of drugs, vaccines and diagnostics. If you are unable to speak with a PATRIC representative directly, we encourage you to complete this SURVEY. -
